Living my Best Life: Breast Health Event

While African American women get breast cancer at a lower rate than other women, they are more likely to be diagnosed with a more aggressive form and face a higher mortality rate from the disease.

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month, we invite you to learn more about the impact that breast cancer has on African American women, ways to reduce the risk of getting breast cancer, and tips for early detection in order to live your best life!

We are also accepting donations for our hygiene drive with the Boys and Girls Club (Crestmont). If you'd like to make a donation but cannot attend, contact a member of our chapter, email us at, or send us a private message.
